My experience is as unique as I am. As a kid, I grew up working with my parents and their three businesses. In doing so, I learned the skills of ownership, creativity, problem solving, and just good old-fashioned intuition.
In 2005, after traveling on four continents, I decided to pursue a college degree. While I loved the arts and traveling, I knew that my love of business would be the foundation I would build my career on. This led me to study at Western Carolina University where I combined business with law to graduate Magna Cum Laude. While finalising my Bachelor’s Degree, I went to France and stayed an extra year to study their beautiful, rich language. Upon my return, I continued my education by enrolling in Western’s MBA program. My last semester was spent working on an independent study in organisational behaviour looking at strategies for successful virtual teams.
I am an asset to any organisation as I have learned to blend my business education and my creativity. With a high level of concentration, I am good at using my future oriented thinking to see the implications and benefits of implementing new ideas. Human capital management is my focus and I use my creativity to combine strategy and organisational development in terms of human equations that bring decided results.
