Coaching and Leadership Development

I help executives and leaders navigate complex decisions by uncovering the hidden dynamics that influence outcomes — the incentives, patterns, relationships, and organizational forces that are often difficult to see from inside the system.

I have dedicated my career to understanding how leaders, teams, and organizations function — how they connect, collaborate, make decisions, and succeed in complex environments. An anthropologist at heart, I have built my work around recognizing the patterns that shape human behavior and organizational performance. Having lived and worked on six continents, in nearly 30 countries, and across almost 30 U.S. states, I bring a global perspective to leadership, systems thinking, and human capital strategy.

What sets me apart is a rare ability to recognize the underlying dynamics within human systems. I identify the tensions, incentives, power structures, and unspoken assumptions that influence how organizations operate and how decisions unfold. I help executives articulate what they sense but cannot yet explain — transforming complexity into clarity, insight, and practical action.

Over the years, I have partnered with entrepreneurs, executives, and business leaders to strengthen teams, navigate change, align strategy with execution, and build organizations capable of sustainable performance. My work sits at the intersection of leadership development, organizational intelligence, and strategic decision-making.

With dual master’s degrees in Business and Human Resources, I bring together the human and operational sides of leadership. I do not simply focus on developing leaders; I help leaders understand the systems they operate within so they can make better decisions, build stronger organizations, and create lasting results.
