A dynamic and entrepreneurial foundation shaped my approach to leadership and strategy. Growing up in a family that built and ran multiple small businesses, ownership, creativity, problem-solving, and strategic intuition weren’t just learned—they were lived. From an early age, I gained firsthand experience managing multiple ventures and developed a deep understanding of innovation, operational strategy, and human behavior.
With a heritage rooted in resilience—my mother, a military child of Jewish, Ukrainian, and Czech ancestry, witnessed the fall of the Berlin Wall, lived in Spain under Franco’s regime, and resided in Hawaii before statehood—strategic adaptability and perspective were passed down through generations. My father’s French and German upbringing cultivated entrepreneurial drive and precision, influencing my analytical yet creative approach to business. From a young age, I was encouraged to explore the world, a value that has profoundly shaped both my worldview and leadership philosophy.
Over time, that global exposure deepened into what I now recognize as systems-level intuition—the ability to read both organizations and the emotional networks within them. I can identify hidden tensions, unspoken power structures, and subtle misalignments that impact performance and trust. My work often begins where words fail, operating as a systems translator—converting emotional undercurrents and unspoken dynamics into patterns leaders can see, understand, and act on.
My foundation expanded into a lifelong pursuit of knowledge, exploration, and impact. Traveling across nearly 30 countries, earning a Bachelor’s in Business Law, and completing two Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Human Resource Management, I’ve combined real-world experience with academic rigor. Yet, many of my greatest lessons have come not from textbooks, but from observation—a café, an airport, or a park bench can reveal more about leadership than a classroom ever could.
Human behavior—what people do, what they don’t do, and how they choose between the two—remains endlessly fascinating to me. Helping individuals and organizations achieve meaningful results while fueling themselves and their teams with purpose and intrinsic satisfaction isn’t just my work—it’s my passion.
